Boxing training is one of the quickest and best ways to improve fitness.  The benefits of boxing training include: improving balance, coordination, speed, confidence and managing weight loss.  The classes are based on boxing circuits which includes pad and bag work and learning basic boxing techniques.  The classes are suitable for everyone, just work to your own level, take time out if you need to and join back in when you are ready.

Boxing training is the same for males and females so classes are mixed.  However, if we have enough interest we will start a women’s only class.

We pride ourselves on the relaxed friendly atmosphere of the classes and are always up for a bit of banter.  So why not give boxing training a go and punching the bags has been proven to be a great way to release tension.
