Classes

Classes are aimed at anyone, men, women and children of all ages who would like to try their hand at boxing and achieve the fitness and skill required in a purely recreational and social way. The sessions include bag work, skipping, pads, technique, circuits etc. Supervised sparring will also be available if anyone wishes to undertake, but this is by no means compulsory. Apart from achieving a great level of fitness you will gain confidence and learn self defence techniques. You will train at your own level.

Tuesday:  Juniors: 5.30pm till 6.30pm Ages 7 years  till 11 years.

                   Seniors:6.30pm till 8pm,  Ages 12 years and over.

Thursday:  Juniors: 5.30pm till 6.30pm Ages 7 years till 11 years.

                     Seniors: 6.30pm till 8pm,  Ages 12 years and over.

Sunday:     10am till 11.30pm, Boxing Boot Camp.

The Gym is also available for hire with a boxing coach by sports clubs who want to include boxing training as part of their fitness programme.  Contact us

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS

If you would like individual training, contact us and we will be happy to discuss with you your training needs and arrange mutually suitable training times. The cost for an individual training is: £25 per session.
